Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or enrolling in any programme. By creating an account, enrolling, or paying for a programme, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. About us

This website, academy.zenmindanalytics.com (the “Website”), is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], a [ENTITY TYPE] with its registered office at [REGISTERED ADDRESS] (“Zen Mind Analytics”, “ZMA”, “we”, “us” or “our”). We offer finance and professional education under the brand “Roots-to-Results Academy”.

In these Terms, “you” means the person using the Website or enrolling in a programme. Where a parent or guardian enrols a learner under 18, “you” includes both the parent or guardian and the learner.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or pay for a programme.
  • Learners under 18 may only be enrolled by a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian accepts these Terms on the learner’s behalf and is responsible for the learner’s use of our services.
  • You must give accurate and complete information and keep it up to date.
  • Your account is personal to you. Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Tell us immediately at [SUPPORT EMAIL] if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

3. Our programmes

We offer programmes in four areas: Senior Secondary Commerce Foundation, Global Certification Preparation, the Practical Training Lab (financial modelling and valuation), and the Wealth Wing (personal finance). Programmes may be delivered as live online sessions, in-person classes in Lucknow, recorded self-paced courses, or a combination.

  • Content and schedules. The programme page, brochure or enrolment confirmation describes what each programme includes. We may update content, faculty or schedules to keep programmes current. We will tell you in advance of any significant change to a programme you have paid for.
  • No guarantee of results. We work hard to prepare you well, but exam results depend on your own effort and on the exam body. We do not guarantee that you will pass any exam, achieve any grade, or secure a job, internship or promotion.
  • Independence from exam bodies. We are an independent training provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of ICAI, CFA Institute, GARP, ACCA, AICPA, IMA, CAIA Association, NISM or any other examining body. You must register and pay for exams directly with the relevant body.
  • Certificates. Where a programme offers a ZMA certificate of completion, it is issued only when you meet the stated completion criteria. A ZMA certificate is not a degree, diploma or qualification recognised by UGC, AICTE or any statutory body.

4. Fees and payment

  • Fees are as stated on the programme page, quotation or invoice at the time you enrol. Unless stated otherwise, fees are [inclusive / exclusive] of GST, which is charged at the applicable rate.
  • Payments are processed securely by [PAYMENT GATEWAY]. We do not store your full card, UPI or bank account details.
  • We issue a tax invoice for every payment. [GSTIN: ___]
  • If you pay in instalments, each instalment must be paid by its due date. We may suspend access to the programme until an overdue instalment is paid.
  • We may change our fees at any time. A change will not affect a programme you have already paid for.
  • Discounts, scholarships and promotional offers apply only as stated in the offer and cannot be combined unless we say so.

5. Access to courses

  • When you enrol, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the programme for your own learning.
  • Unless your programme page says otherwise, you will have access to recordings and online materials for [ACCESS PERIOD, e.g. 12 months from enrolment / 6 months after your batch ends].
  • You may not share your login, allow anyone else to attend sessions on your behalf, or access the same account from multiple devices at the same time beyond the limits we set.
  • We may suspend or end access without refund if we find account sharing or any breach of Section 6 or 7.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Website and in our programmes, including videos, live session recordings, slides, notes, question banks, case studies, Excel models and templates, belongs to ZMA or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.

You may use our materials only for your personal learning. You may not:

  • record, screenshot, download (except where a download option is provided), copy or reproduce any session or material;
  • share, sell, upload or distribute any material, including on YouTube, Telegram, WhatsApp groups, Google Drive or other platforms;
  • use our materials to teach, train or coach others, whether paid or free;
  • remove copyright notices or claim our materials as your own.

Any breach may lead to immediate termination of access without refund, and we may take legal action.

7. Code of conduct

We want every session to be a respectful and productive place to learn. You agree not to:

  • harass, abuse, threaten or discriminate against faculty, staff or other learners;
  • post spam, advertising or inappropriate content in sessions, forums or groups;
  • disrupt sessions or interfere with the Website, its security or other users’ access;
  • cheat in assessments, or submit others’ work as your own;
  • share confidential information about other learners or their employers.

8. Educational purpose only

All content, including content on investing, trading, taxation and personal finance, is for educational purposes only. It is not investment, financial, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. ZMA is not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser or research analyst. Any decisions you make are your own responsibility. Consult a registered professional before acting on any financial decision.

9. Corporate and institutional training

Training delivered to companies, firms or institutions is governed by a separate written agreement or proposal. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement prevails.

10. Third-party services and links

Our programmes may use third-party platforms (for example video-conferencing, payment and learning-management tools), and the Website may link to other sites. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Their own terms apply when you use them.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

  • We provide the Website and programmes on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • Course content is prepared carefully, but laws, standards, exam syllabi and market conditions change. Always check the latest official syllabus and regulations.
  • To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of income, opportunity, data or exam fees.
  • To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to a programme is limited to the fees you paid us for that programme.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be excluded.

12. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for any loss, claim or expense (including reasonable legal costs) we incur because you breached these Terms, infringed our intellectual property, or misused the Website.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms. Refunds in that case are not available. You may close your account at any time by writing to us. Refunds, if any, follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Sections 6, 8, 11, 12 and 15 continue to apply after your access ends.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. If we make significant changes, we will notify enrolled learners by email. Continuing to use the Website or programmes after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute arises, please contact our Grievance Officer first; we will try to resolve it within 30 days. If it cannot be resolved, the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law.
